Stadium Grove sells print-on-demand apparel. Each item is produced after the order is placed, then shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout.
Where orders ship from
Orders are printed and fulfilled by Printful, our production partner, at its facilities in the United States. Stadium Grove does not keep ready-made inventory at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. That address is the business address of Lincustom LLC. It is not a warehouse and not a return address. Printful hands the finished package to a carrier for delivery.

We ship to the United States and to international destinations available at checkout. If a country cannot be selected at checkout, we do not ship there. The shipping fee is charged per order, not per item, and is displayed at checkout before you pay. We do not add a separate handling fee.
Processing and delivery time
Processing time is the time Printful needs to print and prepare your order. It is 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit time starts after the order ships. The estimated totals above are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. A shipping date shown at checkout, if one is shown, is also an estimate.
Shipping method and tracking
Orders ship by standard tracked shipping when Printful or the carrier provides a tracking number. When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Some international shipments may show limited tracking once they leave the United States. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra shipping cost.
Delivery address
You are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it after you confirm a corrected address in a destination we ship to. The reshipment uses the same shipping fee for that destination.
International orders, duties, and taxes
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be charged by the destination country. Those charges are not included in the product price or the $12.99 shipping fee, and they are the recipient’s responsibility. Mail returns are accepted for United States deliveries only. Late, damaged, or incorrect shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@stadiumgrove.com or +1 (309) 233-0136 with your order number.
- United States deliveries: contact us within 30 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging if the item is damaged. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for how to return it.
- International deliveries: contact us within 14 days of delivery, with photos. We will review a refund or replacement without requiring a return.
